Whatsapp is the world’s most popular messaging platform with more than 2 billion users.
But users can only use one WhatsApp account in one phone as it doesn’t have multi-account support for one device.
Using 2 WhatsApp accounts in one phone requires creating a secondary copy of the app which is not an easy task.
But this drawback of the messaging app under the ownership of Meta is going to be removed now.
WhatsApp is working on introducing the feature of multi-account support.
According to a report by WABetaInfo, the multi-account support feature has been rolled out in the WhatsApp Business beta (beta) version for Android devices.
Through this feature, users will be able to log into multiple WhatsApp accounts in the same phone.
According to the report, this feature will be introduced in WhatsApp Business as well as the regular version of the app (i.e. WhatsApp on your phone).
Through this feature, users will be able to switch to different accounts by going to the WhatsApp settings menu.
This feature will be perfect for people who use WhatsApp for office activities as well, with multi-account support they will be able to use separate accounts for office and personal life.
As this feature is still in the beta version, it is difficult to say when this feature will be available to all users.
